This morning, Mayor Kasim Reed broke ground on the Proctor Creek Greenway project alongside the Renew Atlanta/TSPLOST team, Atlanta City Council, City representatives from the Office of Resilience and Watershed Management, project partners from the Emerald Corridor Foundation, Proctor Creek Stewardship Council, the Atlanta Beltline and Path Foundation, and community supporters.
This groundbreaking is a milestone for the City of Atlanta TSPLOST program, as Proctor Creek represents the debut of the very first TSPLOST-funded project. Under the Mayor’s wonderful leadership, infrastructure programs like Renew Atlanta and TSPLOST continue to highlight their importance in transforming our great city through amazing projects.
