Can The Private Sector Help Cities Stop Traffic Deaths?

Through a new coalition, the City of Atlanta has partnered with companies like AT&T, IBM, and AB InBev to put their data analytics and technology capabilities toward helping cities tackle crashes and create safer roads. The accelerator program that collaborated with Renew Atlanta on the Smart Corridor is called the Safer Roads Challenge–a coalition of private companies committed to pooling their resources to work toward ending traffic crashes.
